Terms & Conditions
It is mutually agreed that the booking form and following terms and conditions of agreement form an integral part of the contract,that bookings are accepted on these terms and conditions only, that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effictive unless accepted in writing by both parties.
A Deposit of $500 is required to confirm your booking if your booking amount is over $1000.
Full Payment of remaining balance is required on or before the date of wedding.
All Prices are fully inclusive of GST (if applicable) and are fixed at the time of booking
Should you need to cancel a previously confirmed booking the following charges will be applicable:
-Within one month of the wedding day the full balance is chargeable.
-Within three months of wedding day 50% of chargeable.
-Outside of three months of confirmed wedding date, no further request for payment will be sought.
-Deposits are non refundable.
In the unlikely event that footage fails to materialise due to any cause,liability will be limited to the refunding of all monies paid
Zoom Video Production, cannot be held responsible, or provide refunds, for the lack of coverage caused by any person of the wedding party being delayed for any reason, or on the policy of the church or licensed place of the wedding or adverse weather conditions which limit the artistic scope of videography.
I hereby allow Zoom Video Production to display, for advertising and/or promotional purposes, any imagery related to this wedding.
Some venues will have limited camera placement and other restrictions which will need to be complied with. Zoom Video Production cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from these imposed restrictions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all consents are given and required fees are paid which allow Zoom Video Production to carry out the agreed services. This includes, but is not limited to, permission to film in the chosen venues and permission of persons involved in the event including musicians and/or entertainers
You are responsible for notifying Zoom Video Production of any consent issues at least seven days prior to the event.
The client is responsible for arranging access to venues at least 1 hour prior to the ceremony.
It is agreed that it is the sole responsibility of the client to backup and store the supplied DVD or Blu-ray discs for future use. No liability can be held for loss or damage to discs after safe delivery to the client.
You can use your video/images for any personal purposes such as Facebook/ Personal portfolio but not for Commercial use. Copyright of the final edited version of the digital video will remain the property of Zoom Video Production.
The final edited version of all video source tapes/cards is at the sole discretion of Zoom Video Production.
No responsibility will be accepted for disc’s which do not play in generic DVD or Blu-ray players. However every effort will be made to resolve such an issue.
Please take care to ensure all spelling of names is correct. Correcting spelling mistakes resulting from incorrectly supplied information or any other material may be chargeable.
All tape stock and memory cards remain the property of Zoom Video Production.
Requested changes to generic template graphics or any extra editing with the video/images will be chargeable.
Whilst every effort will be made to capture significant parts of the event and scenes requested by you, the decision as to what is included in the final recording and subsequent edit is at the absolute discretion of Zoom Video Production.
Upon taking possession of the finished wedding DVD/Blu-ray disc, you will inform Zoom Video Production of any production errors within 14 days. If no notification has been received, you will be deemed to be satisfied with the product. Zoom Video Production will use all reasonable efforts to deal with any issues you raise and if justified and can be remedied, will do so.
